1) What Promo Codes Are

A promo code is a short text code you enter in Metaspins to attach a specific offer to your account. The offer can be a deposit bonus, free spins, or cashback tied to clear conditions like a minimum deposit amount, eligible games, and an expiry date. Metaspins applies one code per redemption; if you enter a different code later, it won’t overwrite an already-activated bonus.

Promo codes can be limited by payment method and province-level restrictions. For example, some codes apply only to Interac e-Transfer deposits, and some exclude players located in Ontario due to separate iGaming rules.
